What services does Invitation Bee provide?

Invitation Bee designs, prints and assembles invitations unique to the style and theme of your event. We also offer other items to make your special day complete (save the dates, programs, fans, name cards, menus, kraft paper bags, table numbers, etc.). Our custom invitations and designs are for any occasion needing a unique, personal touch.

Are the invitations on your website the only ones you offer?

Not at all. The items on our website were created specifically for previous clients. While you can choose from these designs, you are not limited to them alone. No matter what your design style - modern, vintage, traditional, artistic - we'll design something one-of-a-kind that you'll love!

What's the design process like?

The process begins with a free consultation - in person, by phone, text or email. Based on all of the information you provide about your personal style, design preferences, text/wording, and venue, we will create several invitation samples. We can then send these samples to you (in PDF and JPEG) by text or email. Based on your feedback, the design will be tweaked and edited to suit your taste, style and needs. We will customize and include everything you want - from color, design, font, text, wording and more. During this entire process, we charge no fees for edits and/or additional consultations. Only when you are 100% satisfied with the design and materials will your order go to print.

How long will it take to make my invitations?

Completion time varies based on the quantity needed as well as the number of panels and embellishments in the design. Our turn-around for a one panel invitation typically takes 2-3 days. Two or more standard panels take about 3-5 days. Once you decide on the materials and add-ons for your invitations, we can give you a more specific time-frame.
